Overview

These Terms and Conditions govern your use of synwebmalaysia.com and any services provided by Synweb. By accessing our website or engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these terms.

Services

Synweb provides web design and WordPress development services including Template Design, Custom Design, WooCommerce development, and website maintenance. Full details of each service, including deliverables, timelines, and pricing, are outlined in the individual project proposal provided before work begins.

Project Engagement

Proposal and Agreement
All projects begin with a written proposal outlining the scope, deliverables, timeline, and pricing. Work commences only after written confirmation and receipt of the deposit.

Deposit
A deposit is required before any project work begins. The deposit amount is stated in the project proposal and is non-refundable once work has commenced.

Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for providing all required content, images, and information within the agreed timeframe. Delays caused by late content submission may affect the project timeline.

Revisions

Revision rounds are included as stated in each service plan. Revisions requested beyond the included rounds will be quoted and billed separately.
Revisions refer to adjustments within the agreed project scope. Requests that constitute a change in scope will be treated as additional work and quoted accordingly.

Intellectual Property and Ownership

Upon receipt of full payment, the client receives full ownership of all deliverables including design files, WordPress installation, and media assets produced for the project.
Synweb retains the right to display completed projects in its portfolio unless the client requests otherwise in writing.
Third party assets such as premium plugins, stock images, or licensed fonts used in the project are subject to their respective licensing terms.

Post-Launch Support

Post-launch technical support is included as stated in the relevant service plan. Support covers minor fixes and questions related to the delivered project. It does not cover new features, design changes, or issues caused by client modifications after handover.

Maintenance Plans

Monthly maintenance plans are billed on a recurring basis. Plans may be cancelled with 30 days written notice. Synweb reserves the right to adjust pricing with 30 days notice to existing clients.

Payment Terms

Invoices are due within the timeframe stated on each invoice. Late payments may result in work being paused until the outstanding balance is settled.
Synweb accepts payment via bank transfer. Payment details will be provided in the invoice.

Limitation of Liability

Synweb is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or website. Our total liability in any case shall not exceed the total amount paid by the client for the relevant project.

Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Malaysian courts.

Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be published on this page with an updated date. Continued use of our services after changes are made constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
